Victoria is a Lecturer in the UNSW Australia Business School in Sydney, Australia. She has published academic research papers in financial accounting and teaches introductory financial accounting in a flipped classroom style. Before joining UNSW, she held Lecturer positions at UWA Business School, Curtin Business School and University of Queensland.
